Dr. Voskresensky returned to Lexington to join the practice in 2017. He studied medicine at Vanderbilt University, after which he completed a general surgery residency followed by a two-year research fellowship there. Dr. Voskresensky then attended the University of Florida for his vascular surgery fellowship. He is board certified in general and vascular surgery and is registered in vascular ultrasound interpretation. He is the current medical director of the IAC accredited vascular ultrasound ultrasound lab which performs thousands of ultrasounds every year.
Dr. Voskresensky performs a wide array of minimally invasive (endovascular) and open arterial and venous surgical interventions. He offers open and endovascular management of cerebrovascular occlusive disease, including the new trans-carotid arterial stenting (TCAR) procedure. He performs open and minimally invasive repair of aortic and peripheral aneurysms. He has a wide array of skills for management of peripheral arterial disease. Since joining the group he has performed numerous, complex peripheral reconstructions for limb salvage. Together with his partners, Dr. Voskresensky strives to provide the most up-to-date, compassionate surgical care with excellent outcomes. He has privileges at CHI Saint Joseph Hospital and Baptist Health Lexington.
