KEITH C. MENES, MD

Dr. Menes is board certified in general and vascular surgery. After having completed his undergraduate training in microbiology and molecular genetics at UCLA, he received his medical training at Loma Linda University. He later went to Swedish Hospital in Seattle, Washington, for his general surgery residency and then on to Henry Ford Hospital for vascular surgery fellowship. He moved to Lexington to expand local vascular care, bringing with him proficiency in a wide range of vascular surgical interventions ranging from office-based venous ablations to outpatient endovascular reconstructions throughout the peripheral vascular system to standard open surgical operations, including carotid endarterectomy and lower extremity peripheral bypasses. His relentless commitment to critical limb in the St. Joseph Wound care center has given hope and cure to many patients. In addition to revascularization procedures, he specializes in skin grafting, negative pressure therapy and advanced wound care.
