Kimberly is a Nicholasville, Kentucky native who graduated from Western Kentucky University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She then attended Lincoln Memorial University where she earned a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She became board certified with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants in March of 2022. She practiced in pain management in Louisville, Kentucky for 1 year before making the transition to vascular surgery.
Kimberly joined our Vascular Surgery team in July of 2023. She works primarily with Dr. Iltis, in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She covers both Baptist Health Lexington and Saint Joseph Hospital where she will likely be assisting with your surgery and managing your postoperative care during your hospital stay. Kimberly is accepting new vascular patients for a variety of complaints including but not limited to the following: peripheral arterial disease, aortic aneurysms, carotid artery disease, critical limb ischemia, deep vein thrombosis, spider veins, varicose veins, venous insufficiency and mesenteric ischemia.
